On this stop on our road trip we encounter Ann Cooper, the Renegade Lunch Lady on a mission to change an outdated, unhealthy system. With chicken nuggets becoming their own food group and child obesity at an all time high, Ann Cooper saw a drastic need for change in school foods and decided to do something about it.
