Very creative, I love the thought of this.

Can you imagine what most businesses would be like if their “reception” room was a big cafe instead? I would want to visit the business just to hang around.

Suddenly I feel completely behind, as an idea a day sounds like the perfect project for me right now.

at first I was confused by your title.
adding an example of how NOT listening and learning had caused you a missed opportunity would have given another dimension to the article.
